Private lessons are lessons where the coach to student ratio is 1:1.
The lessons can be booked for durations of 1 hour or 30 minutes, or 1 hr 30 mins if extra matchplay is requested.

Cost:
1 hr $55.00, 30 mins $30.00
1 hr 30 mins $80 (Approximately 45 mins to 1 hr normal private lesson, 30 to 45 mins matchplay)
( Multi-lesson packages can be bought)

Private Lessons are suitable for players of all ages and standards

Junior Players under the ages of 9 are recommended to do only a 30 min private lesson.

Private Lessons are recommended for:

• fast improvement and development;
• correcting technical errors;
• working out strengths and weaknesses;
• hitting with a tennis coach;
• working on matchplay;
• minor Strengthening & Conditioning.

Private Lessons are also fantastic, for students doing group lessons, to :

• work on a specific technical error that keeps re-occurring due to the lack of personalised attention during group lessons;
• extra time on the court to keep up with the rest of the group;
• work on additional techniques that are not worked on during the group lessons;
• move ahead of the group.

How to book a Private Lesson:

• Contact us (via email, phone or in person) to arrange a suitable day & time slot for you to have your private lesson.
• The day & time slot is subjected to a suitable coaching staff being available. Also please refer to Coaching Hours for a suitable day & time.
• There is no limit as to how many times a week a student can arrange to have a private lesson. Social players usually have private lessons once a week, whereas the more competitive players often have them twice a week

Wet Weather

• If wet weather occurs, a private lesson at an indoor tennis centre is possible. However, this is subjected to court availability.
• Please let us know in advance if you wish to pursue this option.
• Costs will be $65 for the hour due to the higher court hire rates.
• This option is only applicable for 1 hour or longer lessons. Multi-Lessons Packages cannot be used.

Cancelling a Private Lesson

• It is the responsibility of the student to give us 24 hours prior notice should you wish to cancel a Private Lesson. Failure to do so will result in a late notice fee of 50% of the lesson fee (*Please refer to Terms & Conditions)
