CARDIO TENNIS WORKOUT IS THE SOLUTION!!
Cardio Tennis Workout is a group based, 1 hour, fast paced, fun, coach led session for Adults that cover a wide variety of tennis shots. It is an excellent way to hit a lot of balls in a short period of time and provides more fun than the gym.
With a maximum of 10 participants per class/court, the focus is on tennis drills and improving your fitness. Minimal Coaching is involved. Drills will be modified on a weekly basis.

You can come for as many sessions as you like in a week! Fastest way to improve your fitness & hitting skills!
Costs
Monash University Tennis Club (MUTC) Members : $95 for 10 sessions, $50 for 5 sessions
Non-MUTC Members : $110 for 10 sessions, $60 for 5 sessions
(First-Timers can do a $12 Trial session if required)
